Review For Honda Brio S (O) MT

Pros : none in context to rainy season.

Cons : does not have important features for rainy season.

Description :

This is Swati writing from Mumbai. I work in a call centre here and also do a little bit of theatre as and when I get time. Generally I travel in the local trains keeping in mind the great distances and exploding traffic of Mumbai. But I wanted to purchase a car for myself since a very long time for going to the nearby distances, meetings and parties for which a local train is not so happening. Since I am working from a long period of around ten years I had accumulated the funds for the car. All I had to do is go the showroom and pick my car. So it was a decision taken in excitement and hurry. One of my friends suggested about Honda Brio S (O) MT and I loved the car so much for its looks and the test drive I had that I did not want to think twice about it. I bought it.

Here I must mention that the car is completely working fine and the things for which I went for this one are still my likes. But what I didn’t see at that time was something really important for someone living in Mumbai a place where rain is often unnoticed and consistent. The car lacks some very important features meant for rainy season such as rain sensor, rear window wipers. Rear window defoggers, rear window washer and also the fog lights both front and rear are not present in the car which are a great help when the visibility diminishes during rain. All these features help a lot in maintaining clear visibility of the driver on the road and are very important for safe driving even during bad weather conditions and heavy showers and at the time of night as well. And I think for a city like Mumbai a car having special features for rainy season is a must. Although it’s a nice car but I guess its of no use to me so I am thinking of selling it out as its new and has not been driven much.

Honda Brio is small and economical car but it lacks with some of the important features.

Honda Brio Rear side exterior is very down to road. so it's not good in maansoon season.
