My Mini Sports Car – Hyundai Eon
Pros : decent exteriors, low turning radius, easy handled
Cons : mileage, safety features, comfort features
I am Shweta from Chennai and I had a Maruti Alto. When I thought to change my car last year, at that time I heard about Hyundai Eon Sportz. This was the hatchback of my budget. Further seeking towards its features, I can say at least it is much better that my previous car. It is not at all luxurious but decent enough in its price.
Hyundai Eon is a hatchback of a segment by the Korean automakers. This is a car with less height and comfortable seating. It is supported by the 0.8L petrol engine of 814cc displacement which is not that bad. This with 5 speed manual transmission type can exhibit a power of 56 Ps and the torque of 75 Nm.
But I doubt with the mileage which is of 17.1 imply on city roads and 21.1 imply on highways. This is little expensive nowadays with the rising prices of fuel. It has got a decent pickup of 0-100 km in 15 secs and high speed of 140 kemps.
So much elegant looks of its exteriors and sharp curves on sides make it stylish. The exteriors include all the features that are common it hatchbacks like halogen headlamps, fog lamps, ORVM’s, rear spoilers etc. Interiors are dual toned and look good with fabric upholstery. Other features like power steering, remote trunk, remote fuel lid opener, comfortable seats, stereo, AC etc increase the comfort level. Not many but nice safety features are present like center locking, seatbelts, driver side airbags etc. If some more features were included the car would be a tough competition in its segment. But yet not so behind is Hyundai Eon Sportz to its competitors due to its exclusive built.
