Maruti Dzire – Not worth the huge price at which it comes
Pros : Stylish, Pickup, convenience of AT
Cons : Too very pricey, lacks safety features like airbags, ABS
I am really in favor of the automatic variants of sedans. They are so capable that they can bring their competitors to ground. But finding an auto variant of an affordable sedan is a difficult job in India. In my search for such a car, I researched a lot and found out something really interesting. Now, I have opted for the Maruti SX4 ZXI AT Leather because I couldn’t get a nice AT variant in a diesel car. I am pretty happy with my car but the reality that I am sharing with you all what I discovered about Swift Dzire sedan.
The interiors, engine, ride quality and even exteriors of the Maruti Swift Dzire VXi AT are largely similar to the manual version and the price difference between VXi MT and AT is over Rs.1 L. It’s not just about price because we all know that what kind of conveniences we derive from a car that has auto transmission. It gives you a stress free drive in the worse traffic conditions. It also saves the painful over use of car’s clutch pedal and one’s own knee. Auto transmission is all about comfort and an individual’s requirement. However, by quoting this huge price difference, what I am trying to bring to notice is the fact that only Swift Dzire automatic variant is so hugely priced while auto variants of other cars of Maruti like SX4 and A-Star are selling at the right prices. Even then, Maruti Swift Dzire VXi AT does not come with ABS, airbags and other important safety features.
I have shared with you all, what I felt was important. So all you guys wishing to buy an AT variant, don’t go for Maruti Swift Dzire VXi AT. It is too pricey and not up to the mark. It remains a mystery that why MS is selling its Swift DZire AT VXi variant at such a huge price.
