Pros : None in the rainy season

Cons : spots appear on the glass, leakage from the front glass

Description :

It has been 3 years since I have been using the Maruti Swift Dzire VXI. Till now I was not having any major problems with it except that sometimes the car got a little foggy from inside and the visibility became very unclear but as the problem occurred and disappeared I took it very lightly. But this monsoon the problem has become a blunder. The front glass has developed a film-like thing with small spots on it. And it worsens when it rains because of moisture. The wipers are of no use at all in such a situation. In fact the spots appear when I swipe the glass with wipers and disappear after a while and then again appear with the next wiper swipe. Yes the fog disappears when I switch on the heater.

The worst part is that at times of heavy shower there is a slight leakage from the front glass. When I went to the service centre and informed them that the problem was there even in the first year after I purchased it but they were very ignorant to it and blamed me that I should have informed them about it the very first year. I am very disappointed by their reaction. They have asked me for a good amount to fix the problem. But I don’t want to spend any money as the fault is of the company and not mine. If I don’t get relieved in some days I am thinking of going to next level to resolve my problem.

Heavy rain gives problem in all kind of cars, it's not only the case with your Maruti Swift Dzire. Well it will be better if you go for the repair.
