Sunny - My Marvelous Car
Pros : space inside & boot, premium looks, ground clearance
Cons : service, spares, engine
It’s been 5 months and nearly 2860 kms that my lovely Nissan Sunny top model has covered with me. It is very long and capacious in boot too besides feature oriented cabin. At bumpy city rides, suspension is not proper but superb ground clearance fills the gap. This was all okay till 30 days back as now Sunny is not with me, it stands at service centre.
Actually there was problem with some engine component as it was rattling at high speeds; I informed to company, the people are really deaf here to hearing. For this spare issue it is parked at service centre asking for availability of spares. Can anyone help me, as what can be done in such case? Can we go to consumer forum or slap them legal notice, what will be best and speedy, pls suggest me.
