An awesome car for speed lovers

I have been driving Skoda’s Fabia for the last 3 years and now I am bored of it and looking for something refreshing. I have always been a great fan of Skoda and have driven their Laura, Octavia and Fabia and all of them depict the good combination of power and mileage. Skoda is a synonym for luxury, status, style, comfort and great looks and Rapid is just another name they have added to the already well known crew of vehicles. At the first glance I was fascinated with the looks of this adoring vehicle, broad headlights and equally elegant rear lights make it a stunning ride, it reminds me of Volkswagen’s Vento but it looks more smart and appealing in comparison.

Rapid comes loaded with 1598cc engine that generates whooping 105 bhp of power at 5250 rpm that’s huge, car reaches 0 to 100 km mark in just 10.8 seconds that’s amazing. It’s a fully loaded highway wagon and fills the blood with adrenaline by the time you take steering in hand. Overtaking cars and trucks on highway make me feel like I am playing a car race game on my PS3. It’s a truly amazing experience filled me with joy and enthusiasm.

Interiors are just same as that of Vento and this is one area where I think they should have done something innovating. Height and seat adjustment is the best feature that enables every person to feel equally comfortable. Upholstery used is among the finest ones and made me feel like a 7 star sea cruise fully equipped with all the modern amenities. No doubt Rapid will prove to be good gap filler for Skoda and a good competitor to Honda City and Hyundai Verna.
