Description :
Its my sincere advice to all my dear friends that before purchasing this vehicle make sure of service. I purchased TATA vista quadraject ABS refresh model on 22nd july and within a week of purchase i had faced lot of problem with vehicle and brought to the notice of the concerned person. They put blame on me and collected 6000 rs in the first service. I given the vehicle for free service on 3rd aug 2011 and received it on 13th aug 2011 evening. 14th of august it was not used and 15 th i went out with family members and on the way back to home the LHS rear wheel along with the drum has dislocated completely and put 5 passenger life in risk. I complained during the first service also and it was repeated this time with an accident. I called TATA customer care and no proper reply from any one. I asked the dealer as well as tata peoples to replace this defect vehicle. Till now no progress. I was heard about the worst service quality from TATA and now realizing the same. its my sincere suggestion that think twice before purchasing TATA vehicles...

The Indica Vista is not a facelift of the Indica. It is built on a completely new platform and shares nothing with the existing Indica.

My dear friend today i plan to purchase TATA VISTA. But after your bad experience of this vehicle i cancelled of booking now.Thank you very much of you comment posting. A person in coimbatore purchased a new TATA SAFARI within 1500kms he faced many lot of problems in engine,the company does not solve it.Then he put a case in court and vehicle hand over to dealer.still case running.Indias worst car maker TATA.

u have taken a very good decision shiva. I am suffering a lot due to my wrong decision. Untill tata people improves their quality we have to say ta ta to tata product. Its my first car and it turned to be a worst experience. Till today no progress at all regarding replacement or reimbursement of the amount along with the compensation. I will sue them in consumer court.

The turbo has a very very poor response.On top of all this the service personnel is only intersted to see if its an accidental claim. Poor service by NAW pune
