July 21, 2022: Citroen, the French car maker has launched the C3 hatchback in the Indian car market with a price tag of Rs 5.71 lakh for the base variant. The top-end variant is priced at Rs 8.05 lakh. Both the prices are ex-showroom prices. Developed on the Common Modular Platform (CMP), the hatchback is available with two engine options of a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine, and a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine.  The transmission duties in both these options are performed by a five-speed and six-speed manual gear transmission systems respectively.
