July 23, 2026: Kia India has officially launched the Syros EV at a starting price of Rs 13.49 lakh (ex-showroom), making it the brand’s most affordable electric SUV in the country. Available with two battery pack options, the Syros EV delivers a claimed driving range of up to 526 km on a single charge. The electric SUV also introduces customer-friendly ownership benefits, including a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) option, a lifetime battery warranty for the first owner, and an assured buyback programme. Equipped with advanced safety features, fast-charging capability and a feature-rich cabin, the Syros EV strengthens Kia’s growing EV portfolio in the Indian market.

Customers can reserve the electric SUV with a booking amount of ₹25,000 through Kia dealerships or the company's official website. The Syros EV is available with 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh battery pack options, delivering a claimed driving range of up to 526 km on a single charge. It also offers fast-charging capability, advanced connected features, Level 2 ADAS, multiple safety technologies and a lifetime battery warranty. The Syros EV is expected to strengthen Kia's position in India's fast-growing electric SUV segment.
