July 23, 2025: The homegrown carmaker Mahindra & Mahindra has slashed the prices of XUV 3XO AX5 petrol variant up to Rs 20,000. This price cut is made to make room for the recently launched REVX M, REVX M(O), and REVX A trims. These new variants are launched to fill the gap between AX3 and AX5L variants. Under the hood, the AX5 offers a choice between a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 110 bhp and 200 Nm of torque, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine delivering 115 bhp and 300 Nm. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic—torque converter for petrol and AMT for diesel.
