12 March, 2012: Finally, the awaited Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV is launched in India at Rs 23.53 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. The all-new off roader has been in the news since the end of last year and it expected a first quarter launch of 2012 calendar year. With the introduction of all-new off roader in India, ruggedness gets a new synonym in the form of Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. The new Pajero comes with a 2.5 litre, 178 PS turbocharged common rail direct injection diesel engine that is mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox. It comes in one variant and with six body colours. With an extra row, the Pajero can accomodate 7 passengers inside.
