100% Flex-Fuel Cars Set To Transform Indian Car Market
India's automotive sector is witnessing a transition toward alternative fuels, with 100% flex-fuel cars emerging as a promising solution for cleaner and more sustainable transportation. As the country looks forward to reducing its dependence on imported crude oil and lowering vehicle emissions, E100-compatible vehicles are increasingly becoming a focal point in discussions around future mobility. Different from conventional petrol-powered cars, 100% flex-fuel vehicles are designed to operate on ethanol-rich fuels, including E100, which consists of nearly pure ethanol. These vehicles are equipped with specially designed fuel systems, engine components, and electronic controls that are compatible with all types of ethanol fuel.
