24th Free Car Care Clinic Initiated by Hyundai Motors India Limited
With an objective offer better after sales service experience and to retain healthy relations with customers Hyundai Motors India Limited the Indian arm of South Korean car has initiated the 24th Free Car Care Clinic across the country for the first time during the season of monsoon. The car care clinic will be organized throughout the 1265 service outlets located in different regions throughout the country from July 12, 2017 to July 21, 2017. Through such camps the car makers try to educate the customers about the regular maintenance and care of their care.
Addressing the announcement of camp Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Director, Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, Free Car Care Clinic camp is organized every year by the company and receives an encouraging response from the Hyundai car owners. Moving ahead he also added that “This initiative further reinforces Hyundai’s commitment to customer delight by creating unique experiences at every touch point of engagement with them."
During the camp the customers will be offered 50 point examination of their car including engine, electrical system, air conditioner, exterior fascia and more. Apart from this the customers will also be offered the substantial discounts on integration of spare parts, accessories, labor charges and other value added services. Along with this the HMIL is also offering discount up-to 30% on extended warranty followed by various other mouth watering offers. Moving ahead to honor the customers various fun activities will also be organized during the camp.
