The refreshed BE 6 SPORTEQ delivered 1,696 units in August 2026. To celebrate the 1 lakh milestone Anand Mahindra posted a message on X. He said the company could barely pause to celebrate because the pace of growth kept moving. His words reflected a focus on expanding the electric vehicle business.
This milestone comes at a time when Mahindra’s overall SUV sales are performing strongly. In September 2026 the automaker sold 64,092 utility vehicles in India. This was a 14% increase compared to the month in 2025. Its total vehicle sales—including exports—reached 1,14,874 units, up 15% year-on-year.
