Doorstep Car Service Facility Initiated By The Toyota Motors
With an objective to offer a better car servicing experience to its customers residing in the remote areas, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, the Indian arm of Japanese car maker has initiated the new Doorstep Service Program. The service program mainly focuses on the Toyota car owners who have to travel long for getting their car serviced. The periodic maintenance service consists of express maintenance within the span of an hour, wheel balancing and alignment, eco-car wash, minor body paint and regular servicing of the vehicle.
Currently, the Indo-Japanese car maker has initiated the first phase of this service campaign in the remote areas of Rajasthan and has succeeded in receiving an overwhelming response from the Toyota car owners. Now, these car owners do not have to travel distance for the service of their vehicle. Encouraged from this, the company is speculating to extend the program in different cities of the country, where it has customers located in the far areas.
Briefing the reason of initiating this new type of service program, Mr. N. Raja, N.
