New Hyundai Sonata coming in Auto Expo

The Korean carmaker is thoroughly armed enough to take the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo for a ride with its host of new vehicles at its exhibition area. The variety of products could not be complete without the inclusion of ‘New Hyundai Sonata’ that is also called as ‘Hyundai i40’ or ‘Hyundai i45’ in some parts of the globe. The 2012 Hyundai Sonata is a 4-door full-sized sedan that is the finest illustration of company’s ‘Fluidic Sculpture’ will be made public at the Delhi Expo. The D+ segment sedan will get a price tag of around INR 20 Lakh plus and will offered in petrol and diesel as fuel choice. The likes of Volkswagen Jetta, Skoda Superb and Honda Accord will find themselves under resentment with the launch of New Hyundai Sonata.

Out of the two power-trains offered by the company, the first one will be motorized by a 2.4L petrol engine followed by the efficient 2.2L common rail turbo-diesel engine. Both the engines will be coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
