It seems that the overall length of this car is considerably going to be more than four meters. Earlier, the auto-grand, Tata Motors unleashed the Indica project in 1998 and regained the fixed costs by a good margin that has enabled the car maker to slate its first passenger car at a more competing price. Expectations are that the company might introduce this car with an efficient 1400 cc CR4 engine that is speculated to have commendable fuel economy of 25 kmpl. Considering the taxi segment needs, the company might introduce this car with LPG or CNG variants and an additional 1.2litre petrol in-line.

As far as the price of this car is concerned, Tata Motors might slate it between the Indica Xeta and Indica Vista variant, availing more options to the entire Indica fleet. However, the seating capacity of this car still remains a big question mark, but considering its big size, Tata Indica Station Wagon can be predicted to come in seven seater options.

Tata Motors has been the shining car makers at the recently held, Auto Expo 2012 Delhi. It showcased some hilarious prototypes of Tata Nano CNG, Tata Safari Storme and Tata Aria AT, which are going to join Tata Motors’ fleet by the end of this year.
