A real modish car to beat Chevrolet Beat
Pros : interior styling, looks, after sales
Cons : should be good at high speeds
Hey dear ones, Rajesh from Haridwar. This is a fact that people would rarely believe. I have been waiting for Maruti Cervo since more than 2 years now. Currently I have age old Maruti 800 and my brother has Maruti Alto, while my father owns Maruti Esteem. Our family has been a Maruti loyalist since decades. When Chevrolet Beat was launched I was the one who was the most jealous because I always wanted Maruti to come up with such a modern product, which was the need of the hour as more and more youngsters now want this sort of trendy looking vehicles for their daily use. Moreover there are some cons in Maruti 800 and Maruti Alto that are expected to get rectified by the company in Maruti Cervo.
First of all, they should launch Cervo with an 800cc engine and not speculated 660cc. Another issue with 800 and Alto is that they are good at low speeds but when it comes to swift highway drives they fail to impress you. The interiors are congested and I think Hyundai Eon’s are far better spacious. Also the interiors are all basic designed with no innovative factor, while the Beat’s are the best in class with latest gadgetry. I wanted to go for Beat with its impressive design, but the pathetic and costly service of Chevrolet stopped me from doing so. The car is no doubt every car buyers choice, but the badge gets everything wrong.
This advanced designed car Cervo will ensure sure success for Maruti as people are looking for compact and fuel efficient cars in India. Also if it is offered with diesel and LPG/CNG along with reasonable price and mileage then Maruti and its buyers will have all their 5 fingers in Ghee.
