Honda City with sunroof is a must buy option
Pros : Great appearance, presence of safety features and sunroof
Cons : None
This year on our anniversary I want to gift my wife a brand new Honda City V MT Sunroof. She simply adores Honda cars and was very much impressed by the new Honda City launched last year. My wife does not go to the office but she runs a flower shop located around 10 to 12 kms from our house, at present she has a Maruti Swift which again is a good car but she wanted to upgrade to a sedan and what else could be a better option that Honda City. Diesel engine is not a requirement as diesel cars are good for those who have to drive long distances every day and she does not have to drive much on everyday basis.
Honda City is housed with a 1497cc, 1.5 litre i-VTEC petrol engine which is capable of producing 118 PS of power at 6600 RPM and a peak torque of 146 Nm at 4800 RPM. The engine is mated to a manual transmission; capacity of the fuel tank is close to 42 litres. Fuel efficiency offered by the sedan as per Honda is 12.5 kmpl and on highway it delivers 16.8 kmpl. Features such as power steering, power windows both front and rear, cup holders both front and rear, remote trunk opener, remote fuel lid opener, alloy wheels, air conditioner, CD player, driver airbag, front passenger airbag, anti-lock-brake system and central locking are offered on this variant. Presence of sunroof makes this sedan stand apart from its competition, price wise this sedan is comparatively not that expensive that other cars in the same segment. I have already booked the sedan and will surprise my wife on the occasion of our anniversary, I hope she loves the surprise.
