A fuel efficient vehicle with poor interiors
Pros : Good mileage
Cons : Worst interior quality and less features
Hello !! I am Aniket Mehra from Gwalior and I would like to share my views about Tata Indica V2 with all those who are planning to buy it. I became the proud owner of Tata Indica V2 about two years ago and I planned to buy it just because of its good mileage. I believe that Indica V2 DLE is no doubt a best choice to go for if someone is planning to buy a car with phenomenal mileage, but one should not expect that it will cater him with good comfort levels.
I get mileage of 14 kmpl in city and 18 kmpl on highway conditions from my Indica V2, but as far as comforts are concerned I am not as lucky as other car buyers. The driver’s seat of Indica V2 is like a steel chair with no lumbar support or better quality of cushion available in it. As far as the quality of interiors is concerned, I would simply say that there is no good seating arrangement in this car, also, the fabric upholstery and the dash-board plastics of this car are of extremely poor quality.
When I drove this car at a high speed 110 kmph, I noticed that the engine noise of Indica V2 is very high, but yes the handling of Tata Indica v2 is better than cars like Maruti Alto and Santro Xing. Finally, I would like to sum up saying that go for Tata Indica V2, only if you are looking for good mileage, but if you expect good interiors as well, do not dare to buy it.
