A nuisance car

Pros : New Stylish Exteriors, very comfortable interiors and nice fuel efficiency

Cons : No power windows on back doors, excessive heating, gear and clutch problems

The biggest mistake I have done in my entire life is that I purchased Tata Indica ev2. I still regret that damn day and it’s the worst driving experience I witnessed in my entire life time. I am 56 years old and it’s my fifth car. This is a first time I selected a Tata product and that too for my daughter and you will be amazed to know what she said after just 8 months of experience “Papa maine kaun si galti kardi ki aapne mujhe itni badi sazaa di, isse to acha tha aap mujhe Activa hi dila dete”, car broke down almost 13 times on the way and sometimes at places where she was not even able to receive help from anybody else.


My Tata car has been to service centre 5 times even before completing first 1000 kms. Excessive heating problem with radiator, gear and clutch. Company offers poor after sales service and they have no concern for the customer, they don’t even bother about their complaints. Its better to avoid Tata brand and all their cars should be considered as junk, it’s simply a piece of scrap. They have turned cheaters now.


Poor services, no response to complaints, casual approach to problems on complaints of excessive heating and are not corrected even after the car was send to service 5 times in a row almost every alternate day. Radiator pipe was choked, now they are telling engine chip was not properly decoded, blah blah blah. They have changed the clutch plate even then the problem remains, I seriously doubt their service work staff selection procedure.
 

If you are going for any of the Tata product think twice and be ready to bear the consequences.
