August 8, 2024: The French car maker Citroen is all set to launch its fourth offering in the Indian car market in the form of a coupe SUV to be christened Basalt. Under the hood, the Basalt Coupe SUV will be offered with two engine options of 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine. It is reported to deliver an average of 18 kmpl by a naturally aspirated petrol engine and 19.5 kmpl by a turbo-petrol engine. It will come equipped with a bunch of remarkable features and compete with the upcoming Tata CURVV and other key leaders of the industry.
