Generation next Chevrolet Beat to debut in early 2017
Gossips are around that U.S. based car maker General Motors will launch next generation of its best selling hatchback Beat in Indian car market sometimes during the early months of next year. The report regarding this launch has come at the time when going through erstwhile reports car enthusiasts were expecting its launch by the end of this year. Under bonnet the Chevrolet Beat 2017 will continue 1.2 litre petrol and 1.0 litre diesel engine as offered in existing version of Beat. Both the engines will be mated with five speed manual gear transmission system. With an objective to enhance the performance of vehicle the new chassis has been made lighter and rigid.
On the exterior it will carry most of its cues from existing version of its sibling Chevrolet Spark being sold in International car market, comprising of abundance of chrome work on the front fascia, large headlamps mounted on front grille, round shaped fog lamps on the corner of front bumper. The rear portion receives newly developed tailamps with LED lights followed by new location for number plate. Inside the cabin it receives dual coloured dashboard integrating 7-inch MyLink infotainment system and newly developed instrument cluster. Apart from this it is speculated that interiors will be developed with improved quality materials that will offer comfort travelling experience to passengers than compared to existing version of Chevrolet Beat.
